1. PARTIES

This Turf Cleaning Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Turf Man Cleaners LLC ("Service Provider") and the undersigned customer ("Customer"). Customer agrees to retain Turf Man Cleaners LLC for artificial turf cleaning services under the terms set forth below.

2. SCOPE OF SERVICES

Turf Man Cleaners LLC will perform the following turf cleaning services as selected by the Customer:

Perimeter weed treatment and removal
Magnet sweep for debris and metal objects
Surface debris removal
Power brushing to loosen debris and lift matted turf fibers
Pet hair and pet waste removal
Bacterial disinfectant application (where selected)
Odor neutralization treatment (where selected)
Turf fiber re-blooming and restoration

3. PRE-EXISTING TURF CONDITIONS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Customer acknowledges and agrees that Turf Man Cleaners LLC is not responsible for any damage, deterioration, or adverse outcomes resulting from pre-existing conditions of the artificial turf, including but not limited to:

Sun damage, UV degradation, or heat-related turf brittleness due to prolonged exposure to the Arizona sun.
Old or aged turf that is at or near the end of its functional lifespan.
Improperly installed turf that is loose, lifting, or has inadequate anchoring or edging.
Turf seams, edges, or sections that are already separated, fraying, or detaching prior to service.
Turf that may lift, pull up, or separate further during the cleaning process due to poor original installation, inadequate stapling, or deteriorated adhesive.
Weed barrier or backing that is compromised, rotted, or deteriorating beneath the turf surface.
Drainage issues, pooling water, or subsurface problems not related to the cleaning service.
Turf fiber breakage or shedding caused by existing brittleness or age.
Infill loss or displacement beyond normal cleaning-related movement.

Customer represents that they are aware of the current condition of their turf and assumes all risk for outcomes related to pre-existing damage, deterioration, or improper installation. By submitting this agreement, Customer releases Turf Man Cleaners LLC from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from any of the above conditions.

4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer must ensure clear, safe access to the turf area on scheduled service days, including gate codes, unlocked gates, and pet control.
Customer must disclose any known damage, loose sections, or areas of concern prior to service beginning.
If access is denied or obstructed, service will not be performed and no credit will be issued for that visit.
Customer is responsible for removing any furniture, planters, toys, or personal property from the turf area prior to service.
Customer must notify Turf Man Cleaners LLC of any sensitive landscaping or hardscape adjacent to the turf area.

5. SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS

5.1 Turf Man Cleaners LLC may postpone service due to weather, illness, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5.2 In the event of extreme heat, monsoon conditions, or unsafe weather, service may be rescheduled at the Service Provider's discretion.
5.3 Customer will be notified of any schedule changes in a timely manner.

6. PRICING & PAYMENT TERMS

Customer agrees to pay the agreed-upon service fee based on the square footage of their turf area:

One-Time Clean (OTC): Priced per square foot at the current OTC rate.
Monthly Recurring Service: Deeply discounted per-square-foot rate for customers on a scheduled recurring plan.
Invoices will be sent to the Customer's email address on file.
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Accepted payment methods: Zelle (520-252-6999), check (payable to Turf Man Cleaners LLC), or cash.
A $15 late fee applies to invoices not paid within 10 days of the service date.

7. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

Turf Man Cleaners LLC is committed to providing high-quality service. If Customer is not satisfied with the results of a cleaning service, Customer must notify Turf Man Cleaners LLC within 48 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address any concerns. This guarantee does not apply to outcomes resulting from pre-existing turf conditions as described in Section 3.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Turf Man Cleaners LLC makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the restoration of turf to any particular condition, especially where the turf is aged, sun-damaged, improperly installed, or otherwise compromised prior to service. Results may vary based on the age, brand, installation quality, and current condition of the Customer's artificial turf.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Turf Man Cleaners LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) any pre-existing damage to or defect in the Customer's turf; (b) Customer's misrepresentation regarding the condition of the turf; or (c) Customer's failure to disclose known issues prior to service.

10. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written or verbal notice. For recurring service customers, service will continue through the end of the current paid service period. No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.

11. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Pinal County, Arizona.
