1. Agreement to Terms

By using Turf Man Cleaner LLC' services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

2. Services Provided

Turf Man Cleaner LLC provides professional artificial turf cleaning and pool service and maintenance. Our services include:

• Turf de-compacting/grooming and debris removal
• Pet odor elimination and disinfection
• Infill redistribution, spray flush and grooming
• Perimeter weed treatment and backing unclogging
• Weekly pool service (chemical-only or full service)
• Water testing and balancing (chlorine, pH, alkalinity, etc.)
• Emptying skimmer/pump baskets; backwash/clean filters as needed
• Skimming, brushing, and vacuuming as needed
• Equipment checks and seasonal timer adjustments

3. Scheduling and Cancellation

Scheduling: Services are scheduled upon mutual agreement. We will confirm appointments via phone or email.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged. We accept:

• Cash
• Check
• Credit/Debit Cards
• Digital payments (Venmo, Zelle, etc.)

Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge or the maximum rate permitted by law.

5. Service Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days and we will make it right or provide a full refund.

6. Property Access

Client agrees to provide clear access to the turf area on the scheduled service date. Any obstacles, gates, or pets should be secured prior to our arrival. Additional charges may apply if access is restricted or delayed.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take great care in performing our services, Turf Man Cleaner LLC is not liable for pre-existing damage to turf, hidden defects in installation, or damage caused by factors beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the cost of services rendered.

8. Chemical Use and Safety

We use EPA-approved, pet-safe turf cleaning solutions and standard pool chemicals (e.g., chlorine, muriatic acid, alkalinity and pH adjusters) applied per industry guidelines. Keep pets and people off treated turf until dry and away from the pool area until water is balanced post-service. Please inform us of any sensitivities or equipment issues prior to service.

9. Weather-Related Delays

Services may be rescheduled due to inclement weather (heavy rain, extreme heat over 115°F, dust storms). We will notify you as soon as possible to reschedule at no additional charge.

10. Insurance and Licensing

Turf Man Cleaner LLC is fully licensed and insured in the state of Arizona. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If necessary, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in Pinal County, Arizona, under Arizona state law.
